Functional Laboratory Testing
Certain programs or services offered through Metabolic Muse LLC may involve the coordination or discussion of functional or specialty laboratory testing provided by third-party laboratories.
Laboratory testing services are performed by independent third-party providers and not by Metabolic Muse LLC. Any discussion or interpretation of laboratory results is provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Program Enrollment
Due to the time, preparation, and resources required to deliver personalized wellness coaching services, all program purchases are final. Once a client enrolls in a program and access to program materials, practitioner analysis, recommendations, or coaching has begun, no refunds will be issued.
By enrolling in a program, clients acknowledge that they are purchasing access to educational wellness services, practitioner time, program materials, and related resources.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered, the client agrees to complete all remaining scheduled payments regardless of participation in the program. Failure to complete program participation does not cancel the financial obligation for the program or payment plan.
Laboratory Testing
Certain wellness programs may include functional laboratory testing. Laboratory testing fees may be included within program packages and are often prepaid by Metabolic Muse LLC to third-party laboratories or testing providers.
Because these laboratory costs are paid to third-party providers and cannot be recovered, all laboratory fees are non-refundable once a test has been ordered, scheduled, or processed, regardless of whether the client completes the test.
This policy applies to all testing agreements, including but not limited to:
• At-home laboratory test kits shipped to the client
• Laboratory testing performed at third-party laboratory locations
• Tests ordered or coordinated through third-party laboratory or wellness platforms
If a client chooses not to complete testing after it has been ordered or scheduled, the laboratory fee portion of the program remains non-refundable.
Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may be considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled.
Links to Third-Party Sites / Third-Party Services
www.metabolicmusewellness.com may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Metabolic Muse LLC and Metabolic Muse LLC is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site.
