Agreement Between You and Metabolic Muse LLC
Welcome to www.metabolicmusewellness.com (the “Site”), operated by Metabolic Muse LLC (“Metabolic Muse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
The Site provides information about Metabolic Muse's non-medical wellness education and coaching services, as well as educational content and links to third-party products and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site. Additional agreements may apply when you book or receive services from Metabolic Muse, including the New Client Consultation Agreement and Client Wellness Services Acknowledgment & Agreement.
Electronic Communications
When you visit the Site, submit information through the Site, or communicate with Metabolic Muse electronically, you consent to receive communications electronically, including by email or through the Site.
You agree that electronic communications, notices, disclosures, and agreements provided to you satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and Metabolic Muse does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Individuals under 18 should use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
1. About Metabolic Muse
Metabolic Muse provides non-medical wellness education and coaching services intended to support clients in developing greater awareness of their health, wellness habits, and personal goals.
Services are educational and wellness-focused and are not a substitute for medical care or other services provided by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.
2. Scope of Services
Metabolic Muse does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, disease management, medical nutrition therapy, or other licensed healthcare services.
Information provided through the Metabolic Muse website, consultations, educational materials, client communications, and other services is intended for educational and wellness purposes.
Metabolic Muse does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage disease, illness, injury, or medical conditions.
Clients should seek appropriate care from a physician or other appropriately licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, or other matters outside the scope of wellness education.
3. Consultations & Fees
New Client Consultations and follow-up consultations are scheduled appointments and are subject to the applicable fees listed on the website, in Practice Better, or communicated to the client at the time of booking.
The current fee for a New Client Consultation is $150.
Follow-up consultations are billed separately and generally range from $40–$100, depending on the length and nature of the service needed. The applicable fee will be communicated to the client when the appointment is scheduled.
Additional services, including laboratory testing, laboratory-related educational review, and other individualized wellness services, are billed separately unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through Practice Better's integrated payment processing system or another payment method made available by Metabolic Muse.
By submitting payment, you authorize Metabolic Muse to process the applicable amount for the service selected.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Missed appointments or no-shows may also be subject to the $25 cancellation fee.
6. If Metabolic Muse Needs to Cancel
In the event of an emergency or other circumstance requiring Metabolic Muse (Tiffany Daffron) to cancel an appointment, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.
If the appointment cannot reasonably be rescheduled, any prepaid fee for that appointment will be refunded.
7. Laboratory & Specialty Testing
Laboratory and specialty testing may be discussed as an optional component of wellness services when appropriate.
Laboratory testing fees are separate from consultation and follow-up fees. Testing fees are determined by the applicable laboratory or testing provider and are communicated to the client before testing is ordered.
Metabolic Muse may also provide educational review of laboratory information as a separate service.
Laboratory-related educational services may include reviewing information provided by the client, organizing results, discussing general wellness patterns, and providing educational context or questions that the client may wish to explore with their healthcare provider.
Laboratory-related educational review is billed separately from laboratory testing and consultation fees. The applicable fee will be communicated to the client before the service is provided.
Discussion of laboratory information does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical interpretation.
8. Supplements & Wellness Products
Metabolic Muse may provide educational information regarding dietary supplements and wellness products.
Such information is provided for educational and wellness purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage disease.
Metabolic Muse does not prescribe medications.
Clients are responsible for discussing supplement use, potential interactions, contraindications, and changes to medications with their physician, pharmacist, or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
9. Communication
Clients may use the Practice Better client portal for reasonable questions, brief updates, and clarification related to their services.
Messages are generally answered within 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included.
Messaging is intended for brief communication and clarification and is not a substitute for a scheduled consultation.
When a matter requires extensive review, detailed troubleshooting, discussion of new or changing concerns, review of substantial new information, or additional individualized support, a follow-up consultation may be recommended.
The Practice Better portal should not be used for urgent or emergency health concerns.
10. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge and for making their own healthcare decisions.
Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate medical care when needed and maintaining relationships with their physicians and other licensed healthcare professionals.
Nothing provided by Metabolic Muse should be interpreted as a recommendation to discontinue, delay, or modify prescribed medication or medical treatment without guidance from the appropriate healthcare professional.
Metabolic Muse does not guarantee any particular health outcome, symptom change, laboratory result, weight change, or other result.
11. Privacy & Client Communication
Metabolic Muse takes reasonable steps to protect information shared in connection with its services.
Clients should use the secure Practice Better portal for client-related communication whenever possible.
Metabolic Muse may use third-party platforms and service providers to support scheduling, payment processing, laboratory testing, supplement fulfillment, and other aspects of its services.
12. Website & Educational Content
Information published on the Metabolic Muse website, social media, educational materials, and other public communications is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
This information should not be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional.
Information may change over time and should not be relied upon as a substitute for individualized professional medical care.
13. Third-Party Services
Metabolic Muse may use or provide links to third-party services, including laboratory providers, supplement dispensaries, scheduling platforms, payment processors, and other service providers.
Metabolic Muse does not control and is not responsible for the policies, practices, products, services, or content of third-party providers.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms, policies, and applicable information provided by third-party services they choose to use.
14. Intellectual Property
All original content, written materials, graphics, branding, photographs, educational materials, website content, and other intellectual property belonging to Metabolic Muse may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.
15. Changes to Services, Fees & Terms
Metabolic Muse reserves the right to modify its services, fees, policies, website content, and these Terms and Conditions as needed.
Updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website when applicable.
Changes to fees for services already scheduled will not be applied retroactively unless otherwise communicated and agreed upon.

Clients receiving services may be required to complete additional documentation before beginning services, including:

Client Wellness Services Acknowledgment & Agreement
Applicable intake or health history forms
These documents provide additional information regarding the specific services, scope, client responsibilities, and policies applicable to the client relationship.
17. Agreement to Terms
By using the Metabolic Muse website or booking services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
By booking a consultation or purchasing a service, you also agree to comply with the applicable policies and agreements provided by Metabolic Muse.
