The Metabolic Muse Pathway

The Metabolic Muse Pathway is a structured, nourishment-first approach to understanding the body through patterns—not through isolated symptoms.

This pathway honors both physiology and lived experience — recognizing that the body’s story cannot be understood through lab values alone.

Each offering meets you where you are, whether you’re seeking clarity, foundational support, or deeper exploration. You don’t need to know the “right” next step—together, we orient the work based on what your body is actually communicating.

While my work is primarily centered around women’s health, I also support men and children on a case-by-case basis. If none of the offerings below feel like the right fit, a more customized pathway can be created to meet your individual needs.

Not sure where to begin?

If you don’t have recent labs begin with The Body Map.

If you’re feeling drawn to this work but aren’t certain which pathway fits — or whether deeper support is what you need right now — The Body Map offers a thoughtful and supportive place to begin.

This single-session offering helps you make sense of patterns, clarify what may be missing, and determine the most supportive next step.

Many clients choose to apply their Body Map session toward a deeper program if continued support feels aligned.

The Nourished Rhythm

Ongoing Support Membership

The Nourished Rhythm is a gentle, ongoing space for women who want continued guidance and connection after completing foundational work within The Metabolic Muse Pathway.

This membership offers steady support through live teaching, seasonal education, and thoughtful conversation around nourishment, metabolism, hormones, and nervous system rhythms.

Designed for integration and consistency, The Nourished Rhythm helps you stay connected to your body and continue building sustainable wellness month after month.

Focused Mapping Pathways

Focused mapping pathways offer targeted insight into specific areas of physiology when clarity — rather than comprehensive support - is what’s needed.

These sessions are designed for women seeking deeper understanding of a particular system, such as metabolic health, lab interpretation, or foundational nourishment patterns.

Each pathway includes advanced functional testing paired with thoughtful practitioner interpretation and personalized guidance.

A focused interpretation of your bloodwork through a metabolic and physiological perspective.

This pathway is ideal for individuals seeking deeper insight into their lab results along with thoughtful practitioner interpretation and guidance.

The Metabolic Lens

Lab Snapshot: A Functional Lab Review

A functional review of your existing bloodwork through a metabolic lens.

If you have recently had your labs done, begin with a Lab Snapshot: Functional Lab Review.

A focused interpretation of your current lab results, viewed through a broader physiological perspective.

Rather than evaluating each marker in isolation, this review looks at patterns, relationships, and the context in which your results exist.

This often provides a clearer understanding of why symptoms may still be present, even when values fall within standard reference ranges.

This offering is designed to highlight key patterns, identify potential areas of imbalance, and uncover gaps in testing that may be worth exploring further.

It serves as a starting point for individuals seeking a more thoughtful and connected interpretation of their bloodwork.

Your labs will be reviewed in advance, allowing for a more thoughtful and comprehensive interpretation prior to your session.

During your 30-minute Zoom consultation, we will walk through your results together, discuss key findings, and address any questions you may have.

This offering is ideal for individuals who already have recent bloodwork and are seeking a second perspective through a functional and integrative lens.

The Gut Mapping Pathway

GI-MAP Testing & Comprehensive Gut Microbiome Insight

A deeper look into the health of your gut microbiome and the patterns influencing your symptoms.

Through advanced stool testing, the GI-MAP helps identify microbial imbalances, pathogens, and digestive markers that may be contributing to symptoms such as bloating, skin concerns, fatigue, or chronic inflammation.

This pathway provides both objective data and a personalized protocol designed to support gut healing over the next 12 weeks.

This pathway is designed for individuals who want objective data about their gut health along with thoughtful practitioner interpretation and guidance.

The Hormone Mapping Pathway

Advanced DUTCH hormone testing to understand patterns in estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, and hormone metabolism.

This pathway is ideal for individuals seeking deeper insight into hormone patterns and metabolism through advanced functional hormone testing.

The Mineral Mapping Pathway

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) offers a deeper look into mineral balance and the metabolic patterns influencing your energy, stress response, and overall physiology.

By evaluating mineral ratios and regulatory patterns, this pathway helps identify foundational imbalances that may be contributing to fatigue, hormone disruption, and nervous system dysregulation.

This pathway is ideal for individuals seeking objective insight into their mineral balance along with thoughtful practitioner interpretation and guidance.

Why We Begin Here

Many women arrive already doing so much.

They’ve adjusted their food, tried supplements, followed protocols, and pushed themselves to “figure it out.”

What’s often missing isn’t effort — it’s stability within the body.

When the body has been under chronic stress, depletion, or constant adaptation, itcain a protective state. In that place, deeper healing work can feel overwhelming or ineffective — not because you’re doing it wrong, but because the body doesn’t yet feel supported enough to respond.

This is why every pathway here begins with foundations.

Rather than rushing into labs or advanced interventions, we focus first on nourishment, regulation, daily rhythms, and restoring a sense of safety within the body. These aren’t preliminary steps to get through — they are the conditions that allow healing to unfold sustainably.

For some women, this foundational work alone creates profound shifts.
For others, it prepares the body for deeper exploration with clarity and resilience.

Either way, beginning here honors your body’s pace and wisdom — and creates a steadier path forward.

FAQ

  • I take a foundations-first, whole-body approach to wellness.
Rather than chasing symptoms or rushing into protocols, we begin by restoring nourishment, regulation, and metabolic safety so the body can respond more effectively to deeper work.

This creates steadier, more sustainable change — and often reduces the need for aggressive interventions.

  • Lab testing is something we use with intention — not urgency.

Every client begins with foundational support. We focus first on nourishment, daily rhythms, nervous system regulation, and creating a sense of steadiness within the body. When the body feels safer and more supported, lab data becomes clearer and far more useful.

In The Nourished Body, comprehensive baseline bloodwork is included to provide context and insight while we rebuild foundations.

If deeper exploration is needed, more advanced functional testing (such as HTMA, DUTCH, or GI-MAP) may be recommended within The Rooted Body or The Restored Body.

Testing is never about chasing numbers or collecting more data. It’s about understanding patterns gently and thoughtfully — so any guidance we implement is supportive, sustainable, and well-tolerated.

Labs are simply one piece of the picture. The body, your story, and your lived experience always matter just as much.

  • Many women come to this work after being told their labs are “normal” despite continuing to feel unwell.

In many cases, standard lab ranges are designed to detect disease rather than reflect optimal physiology. This means subtle patterns in metabolism, inflammation, mineral balance, or stress physiology may be overlooked.

Rather than focusing on a single number, I look at how different systems in the body are communicating — including metabolic health, nervous system regulation, nutrient status, digestion, and hormonal rhythms.

When these patterns are viewed together, the body’s signals often begin to make much more sense.

  • I do not accept health insurance.

Working outside of insurance allows me to spend more time with clients, individualize recommendations, and use tools that are not limited by billing codes or rigid treatment guidelines.

Many functional and holistic practices operate on a fee-for-service model for this reason.

  • No.
My work is educational and supportive in nature and does not replace medical care or diagnosis.

I focus on nourishment, lifestyle, metabolic health, nervous system regulation, and whole-body support. When appropriate, I encourage collaboration with licensed healthcare providers.

  • This work is especially supportive for women who feel stuck, depleted, or out of balance — particularly those navigating hormonal shifts, chronic stress, metabolic dysfunction, or symptoms that don’t fit neatly into a diagnosis.

It’s well suited for women who are ready for a slower, more intentional approach and who value long-term restoration over quick fixes.

  • Functional lab testing looks at patterns rather than isolated numbers.

Instead of asking whether a value falls within a broad reference range, we explore how different systems are communicating — digestion, minerals, hormones, metabolism, and stress response — and what they may be asking for support.

When used thoughtfully, labs help guide personalized nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and targeted supplementation in a way that honors bio-individuality.

  • You don’t need to decide alone.

Most women begin with The Body Map to gain clarity and understand their patterns.

From there, we can determine whether foundational support through The Nourished Body would be most supportive.

Each offering meets you where you are, and the work unfolds step by step based on what your body is communicating.

  • No. Many clients begin with foundational support first. In The Nourished Body bloodwork is included to help us understand metabolic patterns and provide context as we rebuild foundations. More advanced functional testing is only explored if it becomes relevant later in the process.

  • My primary focus is supporting women navigating metabolic, hormone, and digestive health concerns. In certain situations, testing interpretation and guidance may also be available for men or children, often through referrals from existing clients.

  • Each pathway is designed to meet you where you are, but if none feel like the right fit, I can create a more customized approach.

  • Not always. While live sessions are available and often helpful for deeper discussion, some clients prefer a more flexible approach. In these cases, results and recommendations can be delivered through recorded video or written summaries, with space for follow-up questions through the client portal or email.

Still have questions?

If you’re feeling drawn to this work but aren’t sure where to begin, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Most people start in one of two ways:

If you already have recent labs

Start with a Lab Snapshot to understand what your results are actually saying and what patterns may be present.

If you don’t have labs yet

Begin with The Body Map to explore your symptoms, history, and determine the most supportive next steps.
